• imaging, ultrasound, MRI requisitions/review

• bloodwork requisitions/review

• diabetes review

• colonoscopy referral

• echocardiogram referral

• BP checks

• physical assessments

Please note only ONE concern will be addressed at your appointment and only one appointment per clinic day can be scheduled for each person (you may schedule into multiple clinic days if needed)
