If you are unable to book into a scheduled clinic, you can register for the wait list. The wait list is emailed each time a clinic is scheduled. If you’ve received a wait list email and cannot make a scheduled clinic, you will need to register for the wait list again.
If you have a family Physician in Saugeen Shores, this clinic is not for you. Should you use this clinic despite this warning, you risk losing your family physician

imaging, ultrasound, MRI requisitions/review
bloodwork requisitions/review
diabetes review
colonoscopy referral
echocardiogram referral
BP checks
physical assessments
Please note only ONE concern will be addressed at your appointment and only one appointment per clinic day can be scheduled for each person (you may schedule into multiple clinic days if needed)
